Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
